The Manitoba Tuition Fee Income Tax Rebate may be claimed by eligible post-secondary students who had completed the graduation requirements for their degree, diploma or certificate between January 1, 2007, and December 31st, 2017.
If you are a Red River College student who had completed all program graduation requirements prior to December 31st, 2017, and your parchment is dated after December 31st, 2017, you can request a Confirmation of Graduation Requirements for Manitoba Tuition Fee Income Tax Rebate document for your records.
This document will be mailed to you at no charge.
