About the Initiative
HMHC is a college-wide initiative to ensure RRC is a mentally healthy place to learn and work.
As both an educational institution and employer, RRC recognizes that it has a responsibility to create a safe, responsive, and healthy environment that supports mental health and well-being for students, staff and faculty. For students, RRC is where they will learn and practice key competencies, including mental health literacy, which will set them up for success in their future workplaces. The HMHC initiative will engage the College community in meaningful ways in order to make this vision a reality.
About the Advisory Group
The purpose of the Advisory Group is to provide critical input to shape the Healthy Minds Healthy College initiative, ensuring a wide variety of perspectives are considered. This is an excellent opportunity for a staff, student or faculty member who cared deeply about Mental Health to make a difference.
