How to Register

Six Easy Ways to Register

1. Online

Go to www.rrc.ca/steinbach

Select “Programs” from the menu bar

For Full-time Programs:

  • Select the Full-time Program you want to enroll in
  • Click on “How to Apply” from the menu bar on the left
  • Click on “Full-time Program Online Application”
  • Create an account
  • Follow the directions to submit your application

For Part-time Programs and Courses:

  • Select area of interest from the “Part-time Programs and Courses” list
  • Click on “Course Dates and Fees” from the menu on the left
  • Locate your course and click on “Add to Cart”
  • Click on “Proceed to Checkout” at the bottom of the screen
  • Click on “Checkout Now” and follow the “register Online” process

New Students: Within the next 3 to 5 business days following your registration, your WebAdvisor user ID and password will be mailed to you.

Returning Students: Your registration confirmation will be displayed in WebAdvisor one business day after your registration.

3. In-person

Payment: Cash, cheque, debit or credit card.

Please bring your completed registration form with your payment.

5. Fax

Please fax your completed registration form, including credit card number and expiry date.

6. Employer Sponsorship

You can sign up for courses by having your employer complete and authorize our Sponsorship Form. Employers please call our office at 204.320.2500 to receive a copy of the Sponsorship Form and explanation of invoicing procedures.

Registration Policy

Payment is required at time of registration for individual courses. Registrations are accepted up to 10 days prior to a class start date. Early registration is recommended as some classes fill quickly. All students must register with the administrative office. Registration will not be taken at first class.

Registration deadlines exist for all RRC Steinbach Campus full-time programs. Please see individual program details for these important dates. A $95 application fee must accompany all full-time program applications. A $300 non-refundable deposit will be required upon acceptance into any of our full-time programs.

Late registration may be accepted based on course/program entrance requirements and space availability.

All registrations are handled on a first come basis.

Registration fees do not include the cost of text books and supplies, application fees or Students’ Association fees.

Your Registration Receipt Is Important

Be sure to save that receipt! It contains information about your course start date, classroom location, parking, and it confirms your payment. Students registering by mail, fax, email, or telephone should do so as soon as possible to ensure that confirmation receipts containing important class information are received prior to the first class.
