Paramedic Fitness Program

Rebels Athletics and Recreation Services has designed the following program for students currently in the Paramedic program at RRC and are unable to meet with a personal trainer to assist them in increasing their fitness levels.

This package is designed to provide you with an exercise program to improve physical fitness. If done on a regular basis it can contribute to a healthy and active lifestyle. A healthy and active lifestyle which includes muscle training can assist you in preventing injury caused by the physical stresses required to be a paramedic in today’s society. Prior to starting any exercise program we encourage you to consult with a health care provider especially if you have not taken part in any exercise in quite some time.

The program is designed to be performed 3 to 5 days a week.
