Lunch and Learn

Rebels Athletics and Recreation Services are excited to bring the Lunch and Learn series to the college this school year. Come participate and interact with fitness, exercise, and wellness professionals as they present on wide array of active living topics.

Spring Term Lunch and Learn:

TRX and BOSU Intro to Training

When: Wednesdays June 13 and 20
Where:North Gym
Time: 12:05pm to 12:50pm
Who: Open to all RRC Staff and Students
Cost: Free to Participate!

Wanting to expand your workout routine? Hoping to try new and challenging exercises? Perhaps brush up on your TRX or BOSU skills, or try them out for the first time?

Rebels Fitness Instructor Cameron Makarchuk has put together a 45 minute lunch and learn session that can accomplish all of that, plus provide a workout that can help promote weight loss, energy gain, strength building and overall improved fitness! Cameron will introduce and demonstrate a wide variety of exercises using the TRX and BOSU equipment, found in the North Gym and EDC Fitness Centres.
