Wellness Routes – Walking/Running

Walking is one of the most basic movements we do.  In addition to being easy to do its FREE! Incorporate active living into your day, a few steps will lead to healthier happier life.

participation.com has a beginner walking program designed for those who aren’t ready to begin to or can’t work out.  Find more info on their website.

Rebels Rec Services has a number of walking and running routes laid out for the Notre Dame Campus.
