As a certified Stott Pilates Instructor since 2009, Jill recognizes the many benefits that a regular Pilates practice entails. Fitness has been an integral part of Jill’s life for over 20 years. On her journey, she has also become a certified Usui Reiki Master and certified Group Fitness Instructor with the MFC. Jill has recently become an Entrepreneur, establishing her business Soulstice Spirit Healing. It is through her business that she wishes to extend the message of optimal wellness; body mind and spirit. In addition to teaching physical wellness, Jill specializes in holistic care for animals as an Animal Communicator/Healer.
