linda-2About the Instructor: Linda Caldwell is a 200Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (Source Yoga) with Advanced Training (4th Year) Yoga Centre of Winnipeg. She also has specialized training in Adapted Yoga and her background also consists of being in the Fitness Profession for over 33 years and is Certified in Resistance Training, Older Adult and Group Fitness.  Linda has a passion for understanding movement, anatomy and what makes the body work.  She has been teaching yoga for 10 years now and takes on the approach that yoga is for everyone, and believes that poses can be modified to meet the needs of the individual.  She has also presented workshops on Chair Yoga, Yoga for Back Care, Yoga for Healthy Hips, and presented at community and business conferences.  Website:  www.mindbodyfusion.ca
