Boot Camp with Ashton
Bootcamp training takes all of the best elements of strength, athletic and metabolic conditioning and puts them into one fun, powerhouse class! Hard work and short rest periods will challenge you physically and mentally to do your best! Accessible to all fitness levels, this midday class will boost your energy and maximize calorie burn.
Ashton is a CanFit Pro certified Personal Trainer at GoodLife Fitness Westwood location with a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certificate in Exercise Nutrition. Her passion and desire to help others reach their health and fitness goals stems from her background in sports such as volleyball, soccer and running. Ashton has been strength training and playing sports for years and has this year completed her first full marathon. Her goal is to encourage others to live a healthy and physically active lifestyle to promote balance and happiness in all areas of life. She is focused on achieving results with her clients and is ready to train anyone who is willing to work!
