Nina Morris Joins Rebels Women’s Rebels Soccer

N. MorrisRed River College Women’s Soccer announces the commitment of Nina Morris to the Rebels for the upcoming 2017 MCAC season.

Nina played youth soccer with East St Paul CC and FCNW Premier.  With East St Paul she won a U17A City Championship in 2015.

Nina attended St. Boniface Diocesan H.S., graduating in 2016.  While at this small school she played an important role helping the Centurians qualify for the MHSAA Urban Provincial Championships twice.  She was the top scorer and was named the Centurians MVP twice, and Hardest Working Player twice.  A multi-sport athlete, she also won medals in Track, and participated in other school sports.

Nina plays Striker and Wing, and describes speed as one of her strengths.  High School coach Brad Scott describes Nina as a, “gritty, hard working player with a strong desire to score goals.”

After high school, Nina attended the University of Winnipeg in first year Business and Sociology courses.  While at the UofW Nina trained with the Wesmen Soccer team as a Redshirt.  Nina will be entering the Business Administration program at Red River College.
