Students attending the Stevenson Campus – Winnipeg and requiring parking between 6:00am and 6:00 pm Monday to Friday must purchase a parking permit.
Parking is free on weekends, holidays, and weekdays after 6:00pm. Areas which cannot be used are: 24-hour reserved stalls, no parking areas, loading zones, staff areas or any area as defined in the Traffic and Parking Regulations.
Overnight parking between midnight and 6:00am is not permitted without prior authorization from Security Services.

Student parking is sold on a first-come, first-served basis at the Reception Desk, Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 3:30pm.

*Electrical outlets are to be used for block heaters only. The use of an interior car warmer, battery blanket or any other device is not permitted. The power supply to powered stalls is dependent on climatic conditions.
Once a monthly permit has expired, students are welcome to apply/purchase a new monthly permit. If monthly permits are sold out, students will be placed on a waitlist.
Students must apply at the reception desk for a parking refund. Refunds will be made only to the original permit holder and will be calculated from the date of refund application. Parking refunds will be processed to credit card, cheque or e-cheque within 5-15 business days.
Any motor vehicle or bicycle operated, used or parked on College property, and its contents, is solely at the risk of the owner or operator.
The College, the Board of Governors and their officers, employees and agencies are not liable for any injury to any persons (including death) or for any damage to or loss of property arising from the use, operation, parking or standing of any motor vehicle or bicycle on College property.
Student Parking Permits
Only one permit will be issued to each applicant and permits are valid only in the assigned area. The parking permit must be hung from the rearview mirror and must be fully visible from the outside of the windshield to be valid.
The holder of the parking permit cannot transfer, sell or assign the parking permit to any other person and will be held responsible for any and all parking tickets associated with this pass.
Lost and/or stolen parking permits must be reported to Parking Services. The cost of a replacement permit is $26.50 (GST included).
