Red River College is committed to a Workplace and Learning Environment free from discrimination and harassment. This commitment is reflected in the College’s Discrimination and Harassment Policy. A copy of the Policy may also available be obtained from the Discrimination and Harassment Office.

The Discrimination and Harassment Office promotes, supports and administers the Discrimination and Harassment Policy.

The Discrimination and Harassment Office’s Confidential Intake Officer is your first point of contact and offers information about the Discrimination and Harassment Policy and procedures, along with options available to help you resolve concerns. Your first meeting or contact with the Confidential Intake Officer will be used to gather information and to set up an appointment with the Discrimination and Harassment Officer.

The Discrimination and Harassment Officer is an independent advocate for the Discrimination and Harassment Policy and provides advice and education respecting the Policy, and also conducts investigations of formal complaints.

The services of the Discrimination and Harassment Office are accessible via telephone, email or by appointment at either the Notre Dame Campus or Roblin Centre.
