A certificate of Tenant Insurance is mandatory for all Residents, and must be submitted to the Campus Living Office within 10 business days from your move-in date.
What to do When You Arrive
New Residents should report to the Security desk at the main Residence entrance (504 Main Street) and will be checked into their suite by the Resident Assistant on duty.
Check in times are weekdays between 4:30pm-10:00pm and weekends 8:30am-10:00pm.
The Resident Assistant (RA), is a Campus Living student staff member whose role is to support and assist residents living in residence. The RA will have your move-in package which will include your residence key, mailbox key, and laundry card. You must sign your contracts with them and then complete the unit condition report on your room. The unit condition report tracks any existing issues or concerns in your unit and will be helpful in establishing your residence deposit refund upon your move-out.

If you are unable to move in on your designated move-in day, please contact the Campus Living Office as soon as possible. Units that are unclaimed may result in cancellation of residency and a loss of fees.
International students should contact International Education for information regarding airport pickups.
