The School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts trains students in Culinary Arts, Hospitality and Tourism Management, and Professional Baking and Patisserie. All three programs are offered in the Paterson GlobalFoods Institute, Red River College’s world-class culinary and hospitality training facility located in the heart of Winnipeg’s Exchange District.

In addition to the academic programs offered, the Paterson GlobalFoods Institute features Jane’s, a student-run urban upscale restaurant, and the Culinary Exchange, a public cafeteria offering food prepared by students.
