Red River College Diversity and Intercultural Services is pleased to offer an information session on Manitoba Student Aid.

Who is this for? Manitoba immigrants (Permanent Residents, Refugee-claimants, and Canadian Citizens) who are planning to attend Post-Secondary Academic programs during the 2017-2018 Academic Year.

A representative from Manitoba Student Aid will present on how to access student financial aid, including Manitoba Student Loans, Canada Student Loans, Grants, and Bursaries. There will be time to answer general questions about Manitoba Student Aid.

When: 4:00-6:00 pm, June 19, 2017

U.S. Consulate Information Session: Tuesday, February 23 at Roblin Centre

Are you interested in traveling to the USA but aren’t sure what documents are required in order to do so?  On Tuesday, February 23rd at 2:00 p.m., representatives from the U.S. Consulate will host a presentation for Red River College students and staff in room W411, Roblin Centre (160 Princess Street).

Information Session:  Personal and Business Travel to the United States of America
Presenters:  Elyse Stines, Vice-Consul at U.S. Consulate Calgary and Nasha Peer-Mohammed, American Citizens Services Supervisor
Audience:  International students, all students and staff
Date:  Tuesday, February 23, 2016
Time:  2:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Place:  W411, Roblin Centre (160 Princess Street), Red River College

A short presentation will be given about the requirements international students need to go through in order to travel to the United States, as well as information about general Consular Services for all students and staff.  There will also be the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the presentation.
