Red River College’s Culinary Exchange
The Culinary Exchange is a public food court offering various breakfast, lunch and dinner items prepared by students in the Culinary Arts program at Red River College’s Paterson GlobalFoods Institute. Reservations are not required or available for any of the meals served.
Both the Restaurant Cooking Lab and the Global Cuisine Lab are closed this week, April 24 – 28, 2017. The Restaurant Cooking Lab will open for service on Thursday, May 4, 2017.
September – April Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 7:00pm
Weekends, 10:00am – 3:00pm
The Culinary Exchange is closed on all Statutory Holidays.
May – August Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:30am – 3:00pm
