Red River College’s Culinary Exchange
The Culinary Exchange is a public food court offering various breakfast, lunch and dinner items prepared by students in the Culinary Arts program at Red River College’s Paterson GlobalFoods Institute. Reservations are not required or available for any of the meals served.
The Restaurant Cooking Lab is now open for service, breakfast (7:30am – 10:30am) only on Mondays, and breakfast (7:30am to 10:30am) and lunch (10:40am – 12:30pm) Tuesdays through Fridays. The Global Cuisine Lab is closed until September.
May – August Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:30am – 3:00pm
September – April Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 7:00pm
Weekends, 10:00am – 3:00pm
The Culinary Exchange is closed on all Statutory Holidays.
