Graphic Design Entrance Portfolio

Applications are now closed for Fall 2018.

Applications received now will be for Fall 2019 admission. You can apply online or in person at one of the college student service centres. Once your application has been processed you will be asked for transcripts and other supporting documents. You will be assigned a student number and given access to your online account.

All applicants to the graphic design program are required to develop a portfolio of work. The portfolio requirements for Fall 2018 applicants can be downloaded here. Portfolio requirements change from year to year. The portfolio requirements for Fall 2019 applicants will be posted on this page at the beginning of December.

If you need some guidance with your portfolio we suggest you look into the following:

  • A Program Information Evening will be held in early December when the 2019 portfolio requirements are released. Check back here in the fall for more details.
  • Art Portfolio Preparation (MUME-1023) is a Continuing Education course that runs for 10 weeks starting in January each year. The course covers a lot of the projects required for the portfolio and offers insights into our program. Registration links will be posted here in the Fall when registrations opens.

If you have any other questions about the portfolio process contact the program coordinator Diane Livingston at dlivingston@rrc.ca
